The company
Plain numbers, properly sourced.
Why we exist.
Plenty of public data is technically available and practically unusable. Independent businesses end up making decisions without it — not because they don't want the information, but because nobody's bothered to make it readable.
We started in healthcare. Since 2021, carriers have been required to publish every negotiated rate in machine-readable files — every provider, every code. The files are public. They're also enormous, malformed, and practically unreadable without serious engineering.
Iron Forge pulls them, cleans them up, and turns them into plain numbers. No predictions, no advice — just the receipts, weighed.
01
Plainspoken
A small-practice owner is busy and skeptical. Say what we found, what it means, what to do.
02
Reviewed before it ships
Every number gets checked against its source before it goes out. The whole point is that you can trust what we put in front of you.
03
Receipts always
Every claim cites the source file, the carrier, and the date pulled.
04
Quietly confident
The data is the swagger. Clean pages and clear numbers do more than flashy graphics ever could.
05
Careful with the data
Sensitive data deserves real handling. We treat customer data and source files like they belong to someone, because they do.
If you're running something independent and want to know where you stand, reach out. We'd like to hear about it.
This isn't advice. It's a reference.
